一、產(chǎn)品簡介
轉(zhuǎn)鼓式格柵是我廠參考進口設(shè)備,自行設(shè)計。該設(shè)備將水源取水口漂浮物和沉積物打撈清除,并將柵渣擠干脫水后排出,適用于城市給水/排水,工業(yè)給水/排水等取水口用以截除水體中的污物。
二、工作原理:
轉(zhuǎn)鼓式格柵除污機又稱細柵過濾器或螺旋格柵機,是一種集細格柵除污機、柵渣螺旋提升機和柵渣螺旋壓榨機于一體的設(shè)備。
格柵片按柵間隙制成鼓形柵筐,處理水從柵筐前流入,通過格柵過濾,流向水池出口,柵渣被截留在柵面上,當(dāng)柵內(nèi)外的水位差達到一定值時,安裝在中心軸上的旋轉(zhuǎn)齒耙回轉(zhuǎn)清污,當(dāng)清渣齒耙把污物扒集至柵筐頂點的位置時(時鐘1 2點),開始卸渣(能靠自重下墜的柵渣卸入柵渣槽);而后又后轉(zhuǎn)150,被柵筐頂端的清渣齒板把粘附在耙齒上的柵渣自動刮除,卸入柵渣槽。柵渣由槽底螺旋輸送器提升,至上部壓榨段壓榨脫水后外運,柵渣固含量可達35%—45%。

Working principle: The drum type grid decontamination machine, also known as the fine grid filter or the spiral grid machine, is a device integrating a fine grid decontamination machine, a grid slag spiral hoist and a grid slag screw press. The grid sheet is made into a drum grid according to the gap of the grid, and the treated water flows in from the front of the grid basket. The sewage is filtered through the grid and flows to the outlet of the pool, and the grid residue is trapped on the grid surface. When the water level difference inside and outside the grid reaches a certain value, the rotary tooth harrow installed on the center shaft turns to clean the dirt. When the slag tooth rake collects the dirt to the position of the top of the grid basket (clock 1 or 2 o 'clock), it begins to discharge the slag (can rely on the self-falling grid slag into the grid slag groove). After turning back 150°, the gate slag is automatically scraped off the grid slag adhering to the rake teeth by the slag cleaning plate at the top of the grid basket and discharged into the grid slag groove. The grid slag is lifted by the screw conveyor at the bottom of the tank, and is transported to the upper press section after dewatering, and the solid content of the grid slag can reach 35%-45%.
