五、工作原理
（1）正常工作
需過(guò)濾水由設(shè)備下部進(jìn)入設(shè)備內(nèi)的篩筒，經(jīng)篩筒過(guò)濾，濾后水由設(shè)備側(cè)面流出，過(guò)濾過(guò)程完成。但篩筒截留懸浮物的增多，設(shè)備的進(jìn)出水壓差升高，當(dāng)壓差達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)，則自動(dòng)清洗，不同的篩筒規(guī)格適用于不同的過(guò)濾精度。
（2）清洗方式
本設(shè)備采用負(fù)壓吸吮器，負(fù)壓吸吮器由一臺(tái)減速電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，繞篩筒內(nèi)壁作螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng)。負(fù)壓吸吮器將篩筒表面的雜物吸吮，同時(shí)排出體外，清洗時(shí)間為1～3min。
（3）控制系統(tǒng)
過(guò)濾設(shè)備設(shè)置在線差壓表，當(dāng)壓差達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)，輸出標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)至電控柜。然后控制電動(dòng)排污閥和負(fù)壓吸吮器開(kāi)始工作。

V. Working principle
(1) normal operation
The water to be filtered enters the sieve cylinder in the equipment from the lower part of the equipment, and is filtered through the sieve cylinder. The filtered water flows out from the side of the equipment, and the filtration process is completed.
The increase of suspended solids in the screen cylinder increases the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, it automatically cleans. Different sieve cylinder specifications are suitable for different filtration precision.
(2) Cleaning method
The negative pressure sucking device is adopted. The negative pressure sucking device is driven by a deceleration motor and moves spirally around the inner wall of the sieve cylinder. The negative pressure sucker sucks up the sundries on the surface of the sieve tube and excretes them out of the body at the same time. The cleaning time is 1 ~ 3min.
(3) control system
The filter equipment is equipped with an online differential pressure meter. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the standard signal will be output to the electric control cabinet. Then the electric drain valve and the negative pressure sucker start to work.
